Launch of Indonesia Compensation Plan

Dear TVIites,

In order to adhere to the Indonesian national laws and taxation policies, we have brought about a few changes in various systems for Indonesian Members. Following are the procedures and changes which will be brought in action for the Indonesian Operations from 20th September 2011:

Payment Methods

eVoucher(s) for Indonesia will be available at IDR 3.000.000 + 10% VAT per voucher. Vouchers bought/generated in Indonesia can be used for registrations only in Indonesia and vouchers generated from international accounts cannot be used to register Indonesian memberships.

eVoucher(s) can either be bought from our offices by paying in cash, Debit/Credit card or by depositing money in our Corporate Bank Account. For bank transfers, we accept Cash Deposit, Bank Wires, Cheques and Demand Drafts. Cheques and Demand Drafts are subject to realization and vouchers would be issued by our Finance Team once the funds have been realized in our account.

Indonesian Compensation Plan

In accordance with the Indonesian systems and laws, our compensation plan has been revamped, and the modifications are as follows:

• Traveller Board payout will now be IDR 3.000.000 + an eVoucher (worth IDR 3.000.000)
• Express board payout will be IDR 90.000.000
• Residual, BGB and PP incomes shall stay unaffected, apart from the fact that they will be credited to IDR accounts
• Separate powerpoint presentations (in Bahasa) for Indonesians would be uploaded on our website by 20th September, 2011

All transactions for Indonesian members will be carried out through our corporate account from 20th September, 2011 onwards. The bank account details are already mentioned in the first section of this announcement. Bank Verified accounts can request payouts which would be processed every Monday & will hit your accounts by Wednesday every week. A detailed email would be sent separately informing you about the three step verification system which provides unbarred access to all sections of the backoffice and your business including requesting payouts from our Indonesian corporate accounts.
Note: All payouts will be paid after deduction of the applicable taxes & processing fee.


Booking System

The booking voucher cost applicable for 7 nights/8 days package is IDR 1.500.000. Resorts worldwide can be booked through the resort engine integrated in the backoffice giving you options of over 9000 resorts worldwide.

There are many hotels & resorts with which we have direct tie-ups in Indonesia; however please be informed that offline bookings would be suspended from 1st of October 2011. All bookings would have to be done only through the online engine. These hotels/resorts can be booked over the phone by calling our Indonesia Customer Support Lines at +62.2157931908 or by mailing us at indonesiabookings@tviexpress.com

Taxes for 3 nights/4 days engine would be shown in the local currency i.e. IDR.

The destination list in Indonesia will be topped up with more resorts in the coming months as an endeavour to add to our member holiday experience.

The Financial Manager

Since all the transactions will now be carried out in the local currency (IDR), all commissions after 20th September 2011 will be added to the IDR accounts of old as well as new members. Following changes will be reflected in the Financial manager section for Indonesian accounts:

• All new Indonesian members who sign up after 20th September 2011 will have their accounts in IDR, however the existing members will have two accounts, one in USD and another one in IDR to manage financial transactions.
• Commissions earned till 20th September 2011 will be credited to USD accounts and all earnings thereafter will be credited to the IDR account.
• Funds in the USD account can be converted to vouchers which can be used anywhere across the country till 20th September, 2011. After 20th September, USD vouchers would be required to be activated through our Indonesia office in order to sign up positions within Indonesia. Voucher activation cost is IDR 400,000 paid towards taxes and difference in old and new costing of vouchers. To activate vouchers, you would be required to deposit the money for equivalent number of vouchers and mail the receipt along with vouchers numbers at indonesia-financials@tviexpress.com.On receipt of payment and details, vouchers will be activated within 24 working hours.
• Vouchers generated from international accounts cannot be used to register Indonesian memberships and the same is true for sign ups through ewallets post 20th September.
• Vouchers generated from Indonesian accounts cannot be used to register International memberships and the same is true for sign ups through ewallets.
• Fund transfer has been restricted for all Indonesian members.
